Forwarding calls to the appropriate party can help to improve your customer service. On the Executone IDS M18 phone, the process is simple and easy.
To forward calls, begin by pressing Forward (FWD). You may then do one of the following:
- To forward to an outside telephone number, select an outside line and dial a telephone number.
- To forward to an extension, dial the extension number.
- To forward to your voice mailbox, dial the voice mail extension.
To cancel Call Forwarding, press FWD.
