To set the Do Not Disturb function, press 1.
To forward all calls, press 2 followed by the extension number.
To forward calls when the line is Busy, press 3 followed by the extension number.
To forward calls when there is No Answer, press 4 followed by the extension number.
To forward calls when Busy/No Answer is active, press 5 followed by the extension number.
To forward calls to an outside line, press 6, dial the line access code followed by the phone number and then #.
To forward calls via FollowMe, press 7 followed by your extension number.

To cancel call forwarding or the Do Not Disturb function, press 0.

While the phone is on-hook, enter the phone number you wish to save (maximum 32 digits). After dialing the number, press the STORE button, located above the keypad, or press ENTER, located on the right side of the bottom of the phone.

Next, you will enter the name for this phone number using the keypad (maximum 20 characters). See the table for available characters for each button.

After entering the name, press STORE or ENTER. You may then press the EXIT softkey or the PAUSE button, located above the keypad. You may repeat these steps to store more phone numbers.

To store speed dialing numbers, dial *30 while the phone is off-hook. Next, enter the 2 digit personal speed dial number you would like to set. Then, enter the telephone number you would like to save (maximum 32 digits). Lastly, press # and wait for a confirmation tone. The confirmation tone assures you that the number was saved successfully and you may hang up. Repeat these steps to store more speed dialing numbers.
